From our 350,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Michigan, Plasan North America makes advanced metal components and fabrications for virtually every commercial application. Designed for continuous growth and diversification, our manufacturing campus optimizes production runs for varied volumes. Among our newly expanded metals capabilities are: Multi-code capabilities of cutting, bending, and welding regular hard, high hard, and ultra-high hard steels; Specialized staff including multiple CWIs, CWEs, certified welders, and design engineers; and high precision laser cutting and bending of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Operational Capabilities:
Plasan Carbon Composites’ manufacturing facility is designed to cut carbon fiber rolled material, mold carbon fiber parts, machine formed parts to assembly specifications, bond subassemblies for structural integrity, prime or clear coat bonded parts and mechanically finish products to a surface quality that meets customer specifications. PCC offers the highest volume of automotive carbon fiber production globally for Uni-Direction & Exposed Weave materials on body panels, semi-structural, and structural applications.



Tortech Nano Fibers was founded in 2010 as a joint venture between Plasan Sasa Ltd (Israel) and Q-Flo Ltd (UK), a spin-off from Cambridge University, UK. Using the core technology for the production of carbon nanotubes developed at Q-Flo, Tortech is developing a patented process for the manufacture of ultra-long CNT mats non-woven for a wide range of commercial and defense applications.
Tortech’s CNT mats non-woven offer a combination of unique properties such as high electrical and thermal conductivity, excellent EMI shielding, combined with low weight and chemical durability. They are easy to work with, making them ideal for a wide range of exciting new applications in the aerospace, energy, water tech and defense industries.
